Lyn Dyson

Lyn Dyson, Founder of Multi-Media Training Institute is a graduate of Howard University School of Communications and founded MMTI 25 years ago. He was a member of the DC Black Repertory Company, founded by Robert Hooks, and the Executive Director of the Rep, Inc. a spin-off theatre company from the Black Rep. He has been a Producer for BET, NPR, and PBS, acted off Broadway with Debbie Allen, Glen Thurman, Leon Thomas, and many other musicians and actors, but Lyn feels his greatest contribution is working with his young people through MMTI. Recently he opened with other partners Studio W, a TV studio, and began broadcasting a weekly television show on Comcast for and by young people. Lyn asks everyone to pass the word about MMTI and our new website. Remember, young people are our future and the future is NOW!

Maria P. Jones

Maria P. Jones, Producer, Director, and Instructor for MMTI graduated from Howard University and works primarily in Communications and Film Production. She has worked for Multi-Media Training Institute, Inner Voice Connections, DC Public Schools, and Public Access Television, Just Us Productions, and Georgetown University. Among her many certifications, skills, and honors, Maria has a DCPS teaching certification in Performing Arts for Middle School, a parenting certification, and has been honored as a winner of the 2000 DC Screenwriting Competition.

Cardozar Worthy

Cardozar Worthy, Master Cameraperson, and Instructor for MMTI is skilled in camera operation, analog and digital video editing, video playback, and studio camera shooting. Educated in New York, NY and Boston, MA, Cardozar has worked as a videographer, camera operator, sports photographer and and photojournalist for companies including Reuters America, WJLA-TV 7 Washington, KHOU-TV 11 Houston, and WTVH-5 Syracuse, NY.

Christian S. MacAuley

Christian MacAuley, Web Specialist and Instructor for MMTI, graduated from George Mason University and works in the area of internet communications and development. She is the author of two computer books and a contributor to magazines such as Web Reference. Christian has taught web design for Corcoran College of Art + Design, Digital Division, and the International Trade Administration, and worked as a web developer for nearly ten years.

Henry M. Joseph III

Henry M. Joseph III, Producer, Director, and Instructor for MMTI is a professor at Howard University for Communications, Departments of Radio, TV and film, Journalism, Theater Arts. He works as a freelance cameraman at companies such as at WETA-TV, BET, AFSCME, WHUT-TV Digital Underground, AFL-CIO, National Association of Broadcasters, True Entertainment Television and is the Producer, and Director for the Bobby Jones Gospel Hour on BET Network. He is skilled in non-linear video editing and is fluent in Spanish.

Frank E. Jackson

Frank E. Jackson, Jr. Producer, Director, and Instructor for MMTI has produced Films, Music Videos, Electronic Press Kits, and Commercials. He is the Writer, Director, and Producer of the titles such as Unity (2001), Till Death Do Us Part (2003), Lorenzo & Monica, L.A.F.S. (2005), Painted Smiles (Post-Production), Crossroads (Post-Production), and Sweat (Post-Production). Frank has also directed music videos for artists such as Tumani and Jay, and written and directed multiple TV commercials.

Kimory S. Orendoff

Kimory S. Orendoff, Producer, Director, and Instructor for MMTI and is specialized in video production and digital video editing. He has significant work experience as an Independent Producer, Studio Production Manager, Media Production Specialist, Director, and Advanced Editor. Kimory has extensive skills in digital video and is experienced using advanced DV editing tools such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere.
